APORDOC - The Portuguese Documentary Association is a not-for-profit cultural organisation, created in order to promote and develop the production and distribution of documentary films:
- Promoting the visibility of documentaries as a cinematographic genre;
- Stimulating the creation and production of new films;
- Promoting Portuguese documentaries nationally and internationally.
Founded in 1998, the Association aims to be a forum for reflection and discussion open to anyone who is interested in documentary cinema.
